Craft House combines the global expertise and insights of consultants from the hospitality industry with deep experience in the creation of exclusive hotels, private member’s clubs, restaurants and destinations.
Yvette Jong, Founder & Principal
Yvette was born in New York and graduated from the School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University. Throughout her 20-year career, Yvette has been inspired by the changing landscape and innovation in the industry, but often experienced inefficiency and expense in executing hospitality projects worldwide as companies moved from one agency to another. She founded Craft House in 2011 to offer clients a vertically integrated solution - one where we combines the global expertise from trusted consultants and partners to build holistic strategies to meet client goals. Prior to founding Craft House, Yvette worked in operations in internationally branded hotels and boutique properties and private member’s clubs. Yvette was also a Senior Consultant with Horwath HTL in Hong Kong where she consulted on more than 45 hospitality projects across Asia. Yvette is a LEED® Green Associate, author of the HOTELsMag blog, 'The good, the bad and the funky', and contributor to Nomad-chic.com.
