Yvette Jong, Founder & Principal
For the past 20 years Yvette has been drawn to the changing landscape of the hospitality industry and the innovations that keep it compelling and relevant. After working across the industry in design, development, operations, HR and finance, she founded Craft House in 2011 to provide clients with a vertically integrated solution to ensure projects operate and perform as great as they look on the cover of a magazine. Prior to founding Craft House, Yvette worked with hotels, boutique properties and private member’s clubs, and was a Senior Consultant with Horwath HTL where she consulted on hospitality developments across Asia.
